Our office space is shared with University Center Chiropractic and several other practitioners.

 

​Take the University Business Center elevator to the 3rd floor. We are located down the first hallway on the left, third door on the left.

Parking Options

​

Free one (1) hour parking:

 

Visitors may park in the lot adjacent to the building on the north side for free. There is an open lot and a parking garage, entered from 47th. (By the corner of 9th and 47th.)

 

Qualified stalls are in the open lot or the top two levels of the parking structure, P2 & P3, in any unrestricted stall. (The basement level is for Trader Joe’s parking only.)

 

To register for the hour of free parking go to the pay station (next to stall #73) and follow the instructions you receive in your emails from Jen Garden Acupuncture. There are also detailed parking instructions next to the building elevator.

 

IF YOU STAY LONGER THAN ONE HOUR, YOU MAY BE TICKETED unless you purchase an extra hour of parking. Please pay for your extra parking BEFORE starting your appointment.

 

Parking for those with a disability: 

 

For those with a Washington State Disabled Parking Privilege plate or placard, parking is available in the lot directly across the street, in any of the handicapped stalls. Parking is free with plate or placard displayed.

 

Pay for parking in the lot directly across the street (9th):

 

Diamond Parking manages the pay lot directly across the street from the building. Payment can be made with a debit card, the Call to Park app, Pay by Phone app or a phone call.

 

All parking lots are managed by Diamond Parking. Call 206-729-0590 or 800-828-4197 for problems, questions, and concerns.

 

Street Parking

 

There is various street parking available from 7am to 6pm around the building. Some is paid parking and some is free. MAKE SURE TO READ THE POSTED SIGNS!

 

Alternate Transportation  Options

 

The U District light rail station is located 3 blocks from the business center. From the station, head North on Brooklyn Ave NE towards NE 45th St. Turn left on NE 45th and continue straight until you reach 9th Ave. Turn right on 9th and we are a short distance up on the right.

 

A major bus route hub is located within a block of the business center. Nearby streets with bus routes include Roosevelt Way NE and NE 45th Ave.​
